Shipping policy

Domestic:

All our domestic packages are sent via USPS. Shipping takes 1 to 4 business days on average. Star Pup Style is  not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Our customers are responsible for all extra shipping fees due to wrong or incomplete addresses. Please double check if you have the right address. 

International:

Star Pup Style ships internationally but cannot guarantee that you will not be charged with any duties or customs taxes in your country. Star Pup Style is not responsible for paying any duties or customs taxes. Star Pup Style is not responsible for any lost and stolen packages. Our customers are responsible for all extra shipping fees due to wrong or incomplete addresses. Please double check if you have the right address.

Also, keep in mind that international shipping times can be unpredictable. For time relevant orders such as Christmas, we try our best to fulfill international orders first, but, once the package is shipped, it is out of our control how long it will take to arrive. 

Processing Time:

Our current processing time is 3 to 4 weeks. At this point, almost all our products are handmade by me and we do get your goodies on the way to you as quickly as possible! Thank you so much for understanding. 

Please keep in mind that processing and shipping times are separate times. Processing time is the time needed to make your order and get your package ready.  Shipping time is the time your package takes until it arrives at your location. If you need your order at a specific time, please let us know via fetch@starpupstyle.com and we will do our best to make it happen.
